Is it really free?
Yes. Every month we write one application package for you — your résumé and cover letter, tailored to one job — review your own résumé and cover letter, and go out and read new roles for you. Scoring jobs, Career Paths and Career Story are free too. If you want more packages than the one a month, you can add them without subscribing to anything.
What is an application package?
Everything you send for one job: your résumé rewritten against that posting’s actual requirements, a cover letter that uses the evidence we found in your own history, and a note on what we leaned on and why. One package, one job. Every rewrite of that job is included — you are paying for the job, not for the attempt.
What does the match score actually measure?
How much of what the job asks for is evidenced in your documents, weighted by how much each requirement matters. It is not a prediction that you will get an interview, and it is not an “ATS score” — nobody outside a company can measure either of those honestly. Every point is traceable to a line in the posting and a line in your history.
Do you apply to jobs for me?
No. We find roles, read them properly, and write the application. You read it, change anything you want, and send it yourself. An application that goes out without you having read it is not yours, and it is not what we are building.
What is High-Fit Job Watch?
We go out and find roles for you, read each one properly, and tell you only about the ones that genuinely fit. Both plans have it — 10 roles read a month on Casual search, 40 on Career Pro. If you stop opening what we send, we pause the watching and tell you; one click starts it again.
What happens to my résumé and my data?
It is yours. We use it to do the work you asked for and nothing else. It is not sold, and it is not used to train anybody’s model. You can export everything or delete the account at any time, and deletion removes the documents too. Everyone we send text to is named in the privacy policy.
Can I cancel? Will you keep charging me?
Packages you buy never expire and never renew — they wait for you. A subscription is monthly or yearly and you can cancel it in one click; it runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We never top up your balance automatically unless you have asked us to.
